cbs Corporate Business Solutions Unternehmensberatung GmbH
Different types of projects are interesting and moreover they are a great opportunity for learning. In addition to my full-time project management duties, I’m advising standardisation strategies or global template design, build and implementation programs. Of course, account management and the acquisition of new customers are also part of the job.
I’m the head of the methodology cbs (M-cbs). The company own methodology is more than just a reliable project approach. It combines project management methodology, project scaling, tools & templates and a comprehensive best practice repository.
Senior Consultant (2006 – 2010)
Capgemini Deutschland GmbH

In parallel, I passed some application certifications in Order Fulfillment, CRM Fundamentals and some company internal use cases in SAP Solution Manager.

Diploma Thesis (2005 – 2006)
Audi AG
It was an interesting thing to do consulting work as a student in my final thesis. The good thing was that my result was a reliable decision paper. Of course, the theoretical part was – maybe – a little bit too less 😉
Internship (2004 – 2004)

The logistic classes during my studies were really good. Therefore, I wanted to learn about logistics in the real world and I wanted to see it in a high performing area.
Internship (2002 – 2003)

To make a long story short: I have developed ABAP reports based on logistic requirements.
